Start with the property and the work

A useful mowing quote starts with a clear picture of the property. Tell us the suburb, the property address and which areas you would like mowed. A front lawn, a backyard and a nature strip may each need different attention, so include the areas you want us to consider.

Let us know whether you are after a one-off visit or would like to discuss regular lawn care. You do not need to know the exact lawn area before you get in touch. Describe the space as clearly as you can, and we can follow up on anything that needs clarification.

Describe the lawn as it is today

Mention long grass, uneven ground, narrow sections or anything else that may affect the work. If you have recent photos, let us know. A wide view of each lawn and a closer view of any difficult areas can help with the conversation. Please keep people and private information out of photos you share.

Include lawn edges or tidy-up work in your request instead of assuming they are included. We will agree on the mowing area, edges, clippings and any additional work before the visit.

Include access and preferred timing

Tell us about gates, steps, side access, pets and any restrictions on reaching the lawn. There is no need to send gate codes or keys with your first enquiry. We can arrange access details directly once a visit is agreed.
